Individual Therapy & Counseling in Loveland, Colorado

For Adults, Teens & Children

Sometimes you know you need support, but you aren't sure exactly what kind. Maybe you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—or you're simply ready to better understand yourself and make some changes.

Individual therapy provides a supportive space to slow down, gain perspective, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I provide individual counseling for adults, teens, and children ages 8 and older in Loveland and throughout Northern Colorado.

Adult Therapy

Life can bring stress, relationship challenges, difficult transitions, and seasons when you simply don't feel like yourself. Adult therapy can help you better understand your emotions, strengthen your coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence.

Teen Therapy

Teens face unique challenges as they navigate friendships, school, family relationships, identity, anxiety, and growing independence. Teen therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to feel understood, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy ways of coping.

Child Therapy

Children don't always have the words to explain what they're experiencing. Child counseling can help children better understand their emotions, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and learn healthier ways to navigate challenges and relationships.

*Ages 8+

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from approaches such as DBT skills, attachment-based therapy, play therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
